G's supper last night:
1/2 cup of steamed broccoli
1/2 cup of steamed cauliflower
Thumb size chunk of pasteurized cheese. (I used marble)
You can add a tiny bit of water, but the steamed veggies are likely moist enough.
I may be passionate about breastfeeding and cloth diapers... but you'll always find Kraft Dinner in my cupboard. ;)
